Welcome to ChaosPrep. By accessing or using our application, operated by sval.tech, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using ChaosPrep, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application.
2. License and Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of our software or services.
- All intellectual property rights, including design, code, graphics, and trademarks (ChaosPrep, sval.tech), belong exclusively to the developers.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To use our tracking features, you must authenticate via a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the platform (including the Squad feature and Custom Profiles) to upload, post, or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or violates any laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. No Guarantee of Exam Results
ChaosPrep is a productivity and tracking tool designed to assist students preparing for competitive exams (such as JEE and NEET). We do not guarantee any specific exam outcomes, ranks, or scores. Your academic success depends entirely on your own effort, study material, and execution. The analytics and "Reality Check" tools provided are for motivational and organizational purposes only.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep ChaosPrep online and fully functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sval.tech and the developers of ChaosPrep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, missed deadlines, or exam failures.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
